Dr Rambabu has been a thought leader in the Asian Sustainability and Climate Change movement and his previous roles include Managing Director at CantorCO2e Asia and Head of Sustainability and Climate Change practice in Asia at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has advised ITC, various companies of Tata Sons and a number of multinational businesses in sustainability reporting and sustainability performance improvement.
Dr Rambabu has over 35 years of experience in consulting, research and teaching in governance, sustainability, and climate change. He has led over 200 sustainability assignments sponsored by the Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF), Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST), World Bank, UNDP and various national and international business organizations. He has been advising the Government of India and state governments in streamlining the environmental clearance process and has served on a number of Central Government initiated Committees and task forces to evolve standards for environmental sustainability of industrial development. He has advised Indian Judiciary in environmental litigation.

Mrs Priyanka Pothana is a Chartered Accountant and has been associated with KPMG for over seven years. During this period she has worked with clients in the Financial, Media and Technology sectors and participated in many advocacies and thought leadership initiatives in these sectors with Industry Associations. For the last five years, she has been a part of the startup ecosystem and has actively participated in establishing and growing Organic Living, a sustainable lifestyles initiative and another enterprise in Green Product retailing. Presently, she leads the finance function and growth plans of General Carbon as also contributes to sustainability disclosure and transaction advisory practice areas. Sumantra Sen
Senior Advisor - ESG
Sumantra Sen is a seasoned investment professional with a career spanning over 25 years, marked by his leadership in driving strategic transitions within large-scale investment programs. He's a Responsible Investment specialist and frequently engages and collaborates with DFIs, government agencies, investors and businesses for advancing the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles and fostering Impact Investing initiatives.Currently chairing the ESG practice at General Carbon, Sumantra also contributes to the organization's Sustainable Finance due-diligence and transaction advisory services.Earlier in his career , he led a large team of analysts at Bank of America, overseeing the portfolios of Global Institutional and Private clients. Sumantra also played a role as a core team member at ABN AMRO, where he positioned India's inaugural Sustainable Development Fund. Sumantra holds an MBA degree and is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), United Kingdom. He has co-authored two influential publications, namely "Evolutions in Sustainable Investing" (Wiley Finance) and "Thirsty Nation" (Penguin Random House). His expert comments and articles have been featured in prominent publications such as United Nations' reports, The Economic Times, CFO Magazine, SRI-Connect, Ethical Markets, and Responsible Investor.

Dr. Kiran Paradkar

Dr Kiran Paradkar leads the Sustainability Services of GC Advisory. She carries a vast experience of over 2 decades across a variety of domains. She was also a part of India's premium CSIR lab NEERI, and worked on Industrial Effluent Management. She has to her credit 15 + publications in reputed SCI journals. She currently looks into the entire reporting scenario of GC based on GRI framework, Integrated Reporting based on IIRC framework, SEBIs BRSR, Performance Improvement Roadmaps, Management Awareness on ESG aspects. She guides clients in diverse sectors including mining, Insurance, Energy, Textiles & Apparels, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals etc
Anuradha Singh
Associate Director, Lead, Carbon Markets
Anuradha is B.Tech in Bio-Technology and M.Tech in Futures Studies and Planning. She has completed a PG Diploma in Sustainable Finance. During 15 years of work in Carbon Markets and Nature Based Solutions, Anuradha worked with CantorCO2e, Terracon and Himadri Energy. She led multiple engagements leading to registration and issuance of credits under VERRA, GS and CDM. During the last three years she has extensively engaged with Article 6 project development, interacted with multiple regulators, investors and project developers. She was a delegate of FICCI at CoP28.

MATURI RAMESH KUMAR
Associate Director - Sustainability
Mr Ramesh Maturi is a seasoned sustainability professional with nearly two decades of experience spanning corporate sustainability, CSR, consulting and business development in financial inclusion across both nonprofit and for-profit sectors. He has a strong background in program execution, multi-project management, stakeholder engagement, partnerships, capacity building, strategic planning, and thought leadership. He advised global enterprises on sustainability strategy, implementing traceability and sustainable supply chains in compliance with GlobalGAP and Fairtrade, conducted materiality assessments, B Impact Assessments for B Corp certification, and established environmental and social management systems. His expertise includes GHG accounting, decarbonization roadmap and initiatives, LCA, social impact and producing sustainability reports aligning with the GRI and UNSDG frameworks, in addition to coordinating external assurances. In the earlier roles, he led high-impact CSR programs focused on integrated community development, sustainable agriculture, promotion of farmer producer organizations, and digital platforms for farm advisory services, climate change mitigation, and marketplace solutions. He also contributed to the design and implementation of co-contributory social security schemes supported by the governments and communities. He is qualified with a Master's in Rural Management and an Executive Master's in Public Policy. Currently, he co-leads ESG, sustainability, CSR and climate change advisory practices at General Carbon, driving meaningful change across industries and communities.

Abhishek Parashar has 18+ Years of work experience in Information Technology, Sustainability, ESG, Energy Services Business Development. A BE in Electronics & Communication, M.Tech in Digital Communication from MANIT Bhopal, PGDBM in Marketing & Information Systems from International School of Business Kolkata. He has been a part of business development teams of Tech Mahindra Limited, IBM India Pvt Limited, Reliance Communications Limited, CMC Limited and Care Infotech. At General Carbon, Abhishek has been an integral part of business development and growth plans of the organisation.
